Payment

I accept payment via PayPal.
I will not dispatch items until I have received cleared payment.

Shipping

After receiving payment I will post your item in 1-2 working days. All my items are shipped from the UK using Royal Mail services. Please note that if your shipping address is different from PayPal address please confirm that.

UK customers
I post all items via standard Royal Mail Second Class to keep postage cost down. Please contact me in advance if you have any other posting requirements.

Refunds and Exchanges

I hope you will like my pottery. Please contact me if you are unhappy when you receive your item, then you can send it back to me within 14 days. I will refund in full or exchange the item. Please send the item in its original package.
Please note: return shipping fees can not be refunded unless there is damage.
I hope everything will arrive in order.
